You have an excellent article on bleeding gums! Your right – proper dental hygiene is so important in combating gum disease. There are many herbal medicines for bleeding gums but even with proper brushing, one must be aware of the toothpaste that they are using. Most toothpaste’s contain “sodium lauryl sulfate” known as SLS.
SLS is a foaming agent used in the commercial industry for industrial cleaners. It is put in toothpaste to make it foam, leading you to believe that the toothpaste is really doing a good job cleaning your teeth. However, SLS is a big irritant to your gums. Manufacturers won’t tell you this. Your article is very informative and educational.

I just can’t help but to worry that much as I see my gums bleeding and that my toothpaste turns red but Im a hard headed and so I always forget to ask my dentist about it.

Now I know why sometimes my gums bleed when I bruh my teeth. It is something I should be careful and if it will happen often times I should see my dentist at once.

hi, i read your post and get lot of information about cleaning the teeth and gum. wecan face lot of problem due to avoidence of teeth and gum cleaing. well i am 24year old and i have gum problem. when i brush my teeth in a morning i have some bleeding. i always take a brush twice in a day. in night time i never face this problem. i give proper cleaning to my teeth and gum. well your post is really very informative and attractive.
